Politique d'expédition

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Expect delays during the holiday/busy season(s) due to a high volume of orders and/or postal service problems that are outside the control of Cunningham Vintage Soapworks.

Shipping options within Canada

We currently offer realtime auto-calculated shipping via Canada Post for all domestic orders.

The following options are available for shipping with prices varying depending on the item(s) weight and dimensions:

Please note: Some options will take longer to ship than others.


In-store pickup

In-store pickup is free at our Ontario location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 3 business days (processing times vary depending on item). We will contact you via phone number/email you provided at checkout to reach you regarding pick-up times, updates, etc.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends. Public holidays are excluded. Please have your order confirmation number with you when you come.

US and International Shipping

We currently do not offer US and/or international shipping but that may change in the near future.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cunninghamvintagesoapworks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
